Affrontare le resistenze verso la riflessività nel lavoro socioeducativo : un'esperienza di Work Discussion Group sulla messa alla prova
109-129 p.
From a psychosocial perspective, the psychoanalytic theory of social de- fenses can help to understand professionals' resistance to reflexivity when it comes to improving practices and programs. One of the intervention methods developed based on this theory is the Work Discussion Group (WDG), which is a group course designed to support the development of reflective skills in the field of helping relationships.article presents an ex-post evaluation of a WDG experience with a group of social workers working with young probationers. The aim was to explore how the WDG helped the social workers to overcome their resistance to reflexivity and to reflect on both their relationship with the young people in their care and the probation service as a form of restorative justice. The project team conducted the evaluation study 5 years after the completion of the project activities from an observation-in-situation position. [Publisher's text].
