In the present paper, some Neolithic sites, identified in recent years and systematically excavated by the Archeological Heritage, are preliminarily exposed; the data, although partial, allow a first update of the prehistoric presence in the eastern Mantuan plain and illustrate settlement methods and material culture between the ancient Neolithic and the final Neolithic.
