The introduction of Costo Standard Unitario di formazione per Studente in Corso caused important consequences for the management of resources in the Faculties and Departments of Sapienza, University of Rome. This parameter, instead of Fondo di Finanziamento Ordinario, focuses on number of enrolled students that are in regular position with their university exames. This situation has given us the opportunity to do a project based on an experimental research within the Communication and Social Research Department at Sapienza. In particular, the authors speak about a Part-time project reserved for all that students that need over one year to finish their cycle of studies. [Publisher's Text].
