Il Parco Abitato di San Liberale : progettualità in corso con il PINQuA a Treviso

Il contributo ripercorre l'esperienza di progettazione della 'città pubblica' di San Liberale promossa con il PINQuA. Attraverso il progetto proposto si è tentato di costruire una diversa narrazione, in grado di evidenziare l'eredità dei vari patrimoni presenti, ridiscutendone i valori e innescando nuove energie e opportunità di trasformazione, con l'obiettivo di rovesciare la percezione di stigma e di difficoltà che attraversa oggi il quartiere. Il programma urbano complessivo, il coinvolgimento degli attori e i modi di costruzione del progetto sono considerati come tentativi per la rilettura e la ricostruzione delle metriche di valore di componenti materiali e immateriali che anche se attraversano una fase di crisi devono essere considerate come nuovi patrimoni. The paper traces the design experience of the San Liberale "public city", promoted through the PINQuA program. Through the proposed project, the article provides an attempt to construct a different narrative capable of shedding light on the legacy of the existing heritages, re-discussing their values and thus triggering new design energies and opportunities for transformation. The aim was overturning the perception of stigma and current criticalities of the neighborhood. The overall urban program of transformation, the involvement of actors, and the methods of the project development are therefore considered as attempts for the reinterpretation and reconstruction of the value metrics; even if these material and immaterial components are going through a phase of crisis, they must be considered as new assets.
