Against the backdrop of a comparison between the French receptionof Sciascia ten years after his death and today, this contribution provides acritical overview of Sciascian publications which appeared in France betweenNovember 2019 and January 2021, and by extension, also including the wholeyear of the centenary. Within this chronological arc, the article investigatesSciascia's presence in the national press and the dissemination of his works inthe publishing field, focusing in particular on two collections of essays whichenable the integration of new elements into an overview of the writer.
