6th IAAP European Conference of Analytical Psychology, Siracusa, 30 agosto-1 settembre 2024

La presente relazione descrive, dal punto di vista degli autori, la sesta edizione della IAAP European Conference of Analytical Psychology, congresso internazionale tenutosi a Siracusa dal 30 agosto al 1 settembre 2024, dal titolo Analytical Psychology When Time is Out of Joint. Il congressoè stato preceduto quest'anno da un'importante novità , cioè dalla prima IAAP European Conference on Childhood and Adolescence Psychology, evento di grande importanza per la focalizzazione dello sguardo della comunità junghiana sul mondo delle giovani generazioni. La contiguità temporale dei due eventi ha prodotto un positivo contagio psichico e culturale, e anche il Congresso Europeo siè così trovato ad accogliere tematiche e interrogativi sui giovani e sul futuro, tanto più stringenti nel mondo complesso e in rapida trasformazione nel quale ci troviamo a vivere. This report, from the authors' perspective, describes the sixth edition of the IAAP European Conference of Analytical Psychology, an international congress held in Syracuse from August 30 to September 1, 2024, titled Analytical Psychology When Time is Out of Joint. This year, the congress was preceded by an important novelty: the first IAAP European Conference on Childhood and Adolescence Psychology, a highly significant event for focusing the Jungian community's attention on the world of younger generations. The temporal proximity of the two events led to a beneficial psychic and cultural exchange, with the European Congress also addressing themes and questions regarding youth and the future, issues that are even more pressing in the complex and rapidly changing world in which we live.
