In Italy, the Presidential Decree 80/2013 established the Schools' National Evaluation System. In 2018, INVALSI (project PON Valu.E ) launched an evaluation study to develop a Self-Evaluation Form for Provincial Centres for Adult Education (PCAE). The use of the partici-patory approach in the study involved the PCAEs, bringing out their needs and expectations, while ensuring full adherence to the process by all actors.
