The aim of this paper is to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of integration policies adopted for migrants in contemporary societies. In particular, this paper highlights the need to promote operations and strategic paths of training to guarantee the social integration of migrants and the reduction of uncertainties of natives, even during economic crisis and shortages of the welfare systems.
