Replanteamiento del turismo en las Illes Balears: sostenibilidad y circularidad en la Ley 3/2022, de 15 de junio

El análisis de las últimas normas sobre turismo en las Illes Balears nos lleva no solo a hablar de sostenibilidad y circularidad sino también a analizar la regulación que proponen y su incidencia jurídica en distintos ámbitos de nuestro ordenamiento jurídico. Temas urbanísticos y medioambientales, obligaciones administrativas y alguna incursión en el derecho privado pare-cen establecerse como la combinación de este nuevo marco del sector turístico, que quiere ser pionero. La importancia del ámbito subjetivo de las medidas a adoptar y las obligaciones a cumplir, así como las diferentes ad-ministraciones implicadas no puede pasar inadvertido. Cuestiones todas el-las muy interesantes para la reflexión que se analizarán en este trabajo, con una visión panorámica de la regulación del turismo en las Illes Balears. [Texto de la editorial]

The analysis of the latest regulations on tourism in the Balearic Islands leads us to discuss not only about sustainability and circularity, but also about their purpose and the legal im-pact that they may have on the different areas of our legal system. Urban planning and oth-er environmental issues, as well as administrative obligations and some points about private law seem to be the perfect combination of this new framework of the tourism sector, which aims to be groundbreaking. The importance of the subjective scope of the measures that will be taken, of the obligations that will be fulfilled, as well as the large number of different ad-ministrations involved, cannot go unnoticed. This study will reflect on all these interesting questions, providing a broad overview on the tourism regulation in the Balearic Islands. [Publisher's text]
