Uranio impoverito, Parlamento e Difesa : una questione irrisolta
25-43 p.
Twenty-five years have passed since the Italian Parliament began dealing with the deaths and serious illnesses that have affected military personnel engaged in missions abroad, with particular attention to the effects of the use of depleted uranium munitions. The article retraces the main trajectories of that public debate, reflecting on the reasons why legislative instruments capable of overcoming the litigation between victims and Defence have not been defined.
