Il tempo muto delle streghe e delle fate (l'invisibilità delle donne al tempo del diritto penale)
9-37 p.
The history of homosexuality has faced different moments and sensibilities, spanning from religious and legal condemnation to the conquest of a new cultural and social space, finally alien to the heteronormative idea of sexuality. Paradoxically, stigma and social marginalization have enhanced the affirmation of the queer identity, while at the same time making female homosexuality more complicated, silenced and invisible. This subjective and submissive dimension of sexual femininity expresses the broader condition of female invisibility, the overcoming of which marks (or will mark) a social conquest that still struggles to be implemented even in the legal sphere. An ordinary equality of evil. [Publisher's text].
