In Italy, cities play a fundamental role to face the highly complex challenges caused by the increase of the number of migrants. Local governments respond to this phenomenon with the System of Protection of Refugees And Asylum Seekers (SPRAR), which is the principal tool of social inclusion of foreign people. Therefore, in this paper will be illustrated the action of SPRAR in 3 urban contexts: Bergamo, Pesaro, Matera.
