Connessione al volume "Lo sciame borderline" di Nicolò Terminio

Il seguente articolo nasce dalla presentazione di un libro scritto da Nicolò Terminio effettuata nella sede COIRAG di Roma il 18 ottobre 2024. Il libro, che tratta in modo approfondito e innovativo il funzionamento borderline di personalità che l'autore definisce "sciame", non solo è evocativo nel titolo, ma anche nel contenuto che si innesta armoniosamente e arricchisce la clinica lacaniana. Il paziente borderline porta con sé un'esperienza traumatica (a volte complessa) che vede le sue origini nel rapporto con la figura di riferimento, con quell'Altro che purtroppo è stato trascurante, disorganizzato o abusante. Questa esperienza di vita caratterizzata da trauma, disforia e dissociazione, che l'autore definisce "stabile instabilità" viene rovesciata dal paziente nella relazione con il curante, così come in tutte le altre relazioni. Ma è proprio nella relazione di cura che è possibile dare un senso, una trama a questa persona che non ha una struttura psichica, bensì uno sciame

The following article is based on the presentation of a book by Nicolò Terminio at the COIRAG headquarters in Rome on 18 October 2024. The book, which deals in an in-depth and innovative way with the functioning of borderline personalities, which the author defines as "swarming", is evocative not only in its title but also in its content, which harmoniously transplants and enriches the Lacanian clinic. The borderline patient carries with him a traumatic (sometimes complex) experience that has its origins in the relationship with the key person, with the Other who has unfortunately been neglectful, disorganised or abusive. This life experience of trauma, dysphoria and dissociation, which the author calls "stable instability", is reversed by the patient in the relationship with the therapist, as in all other relationships. But it is precisely in the caring relationship that it is possible to give meaning, a plot, to this person who has no psychic structure but a swarm. The author will
