Nuove residenze esclusive : un'analisi dell'esperienza studentesca neglintati privati a Bologna
121-143 p.
The disruptive proliferation of new exclusive student residences (PBSA) represents a major transformation in student housing. However, their effects on student experiences and geographies remain relatively unexplored. Examining the student experience in two PBSA in the city of Bologna, this study highlights the potential for segregation within these facilities and the emergence of distinct "geographies of exclusion" within the student body and the city. Specifically, we propose the concept of the "entresoi archipelago" in accounting for these dynamics. These findings provide a deeper understanding of the impacts of PBSA on local areas and contribute to the revision of the concept of studentification in light of these new develop-ments.
