Diventare paesaggio : prospettive ontologiche, pratiche e politiche
P. 127-159
- In this contribution, moving from the ambiguous, antinomian, and dialectical nature of the notion of landscape, I would like to show in what sense the constellation of thought connected to the experience and idea of landscape can be productive within a historical dynamic, such as that of contemporaneity, that tends to rethink the relationship between humans and nature. A possibility that is connected, in turn, to the fact that the experience and idea of landscape is itself an expression both of laceration and of an impulse to remove this laceration, of foreignness and of the possibility of recognition in foreignness. More specifically, the intention here is to try to discern in what sense an inherently dia lectical notion such as that of landscape can be at once, on the one hand, the basis of a critique of a certain way of thinking about the relationship between humans and nature and, on the other hand, an instrument to rethink these very concepts.
