Solidarietà tramite procedura : una rilettura di Habermas
24-36 p.
In contrast with some received views, the article defends the claim that solidarity plays a crucial role in Habermas' thought. It starts out with a reconstruction of the 'transformation' of solidarity across different types of practical discourse, and move on to argue that according to Habermas solidarity is the result of juridical institutionalization of democratic procedures. Next, it looks at what this concept of 'civic solidarity' does for the way we should understand social ethos, morality and law in the context of a public sphere committed to maximum inclusion. It concludes that solidarity should be seen as a rational import of practical discourse. [Publishers' text].
