Tra il silenzio e la parola : gli incroci della mediazione sociale
53-66 p.
The article, starting from the definition of Creteil (2000), aims to articulate the notion of social mediation developed in recent years. Mediation, understood as a process aimed at establishing or reestablishing the interconnection between "subjective rights" and the "interests of the parties", is aimed at reconstructing social ties that can be transformed into social capital. Word, silence and listening are the three terms around which mediative action develops, which favors the passage from the ego to the recognition of us. The identification of the elements that characterize social mediation today, allows to hypothesize some future perspectives in the light of the Brussels Charter and the Appeal to the European Parliament of the CreE-A Association.
