Un'integrazione agli annali di Antonio Za-rotto (Niccolò Perotti, Rudimenta grammatices, 1488) e uno sconosciuto esemplare di un presunto incunabolo parigino

2021 - Leo S. Olschki

P. 65-72

The contribution reveals the discovery of an edition of Niccolò Perotti's Rudimenta grammatices printed in Milan by Antonio Zarotto in 1488 which is unrecorded in ISTC as well as in the annals of Zarotto's production published by Arnaldo Ganda in 1984. The existence of the edition was discovered through a copy on sale in the Milanese antiquarian book trade (and now in a private collection). It is printed in a gothic type not found in any previous Zarotto edition. The contribution concludes by looking at a copy hitherto unrecorded in either IGI or ISTC of the edition of De Neapolitana Fornoviensique victoria by Publius Faustus Andrelinus (Paris, Guy Marchant for Jean Petit, 31 August 1496). This copy was acquired by Benedetto Croce at the beginning of the 20th century and is held today in the Fondazione Biblioteca Benedetto Croce in Naples. [Publisher's text]
