Given the cultural and creative industries in Lombardy in terms of definition and of econom-ic size, and given the high interaction between public and private reality, the study aims to identify the legal institutions, juristic acts and contracts to be considered characteristic and typical of the industry, that have contributed to the success, also in a touristic dimension, of fashion, design and food sectors: districts, networks and temporary rentals.
