Starting from the correspondence between Schmitt and Koselleck, the author examines the criticisms of Historicism made by the theorist of Begriffsgeschichte, who fully agrees with the theorist of national socialism in considering Historismus to be a dangerous form of denying the ontology of history, which should be reclaimed and refounded.
